TRACK MY ORDER

Q: How long is your shipping time?

A: When you place an order with us, we pack your order with care, and always ensure that the quality of the product that you receive is of the highest standard.

We then process the package with your shipping information, and prepare to dispatch the package via our third party shipping couriers.

Please allow 14 - 21 days to receive your package. During peak seasons packages may take up to 30 days.

To keep up with demand and ship out packages in the fastest way possible there are NO modification, refund, or cancellation after an order has been placed. We thank you for understanding.

Q: Can I make a change to my order?

A: We cannot offer any order adjustments or issue a refund since all orders are IMMEDIATELY processed after being placed. To be fair to all our customers awaiting their orders, this policy is in effect to allow for maximum efficiency for order delivery and we trust that our customers have carefully reviewed their orders upon submitting their order.


Q: Can you expedite my order?

A: Once your package has left our warehouse, we do not have control in expediting the delivery since it is in the hands of our shipping couriers.
